Nagato using to suck the chakra away from Naruto? A jutsu that pulls, a jutsu that repels, a jutsu that absorbs ninjutsu, a summoning jutsu, Nagato seems to have all Pain's jutsu. Naruto's desperate attempt to save himself includes his signature Rasengan, but Nagato, using the strength of the Sage of Six paths, shields it effortlessly and admits to using Jigokudo (
Naraka Path).
At this moment The King of Hell appears and having seen it before, Naruto recognizes the reviver Pain's jutsu. Nagato is being ordered by Kabuto to use Ningendo to extract Naruto's soul as well as Kiler Bee's and then to kill them both. Their bodies are to be placed in Jigokudo and later straight to Kabuto for revival. The idea was to keep both jinchuriki for himself without Madara ever finding out.
Tug and pull game continues. Naruto is losing strength, while Nagato continues to obey Kabuto in extracting Naruto's soul. Killer Bee appears and without hesitation attacks. Nagato calls for Shurado and half-human-half-mechanical hand grabs Bee's throat. Another hands pacifies his right arm still holding on to a sword. Both Naruto and Killer Bee stand there motionlessly, as Nagato continues to work.
Red hot Susano's controlled by Itachi appears just in time to interfere. Cutting through three Nagato's hands, Itachi snatches away his new pals and saves them. Nagato regains his composure quickly and signs Planetary Devastation. Rocks from all over the place start lifting themselves and flying upwards towards a black sphere controlled by Nagato.
Itachi, Killer Bee and Naruto are each holding on to a rock being pulled by gravitational force upwards to this sphere. Naruto have seen this before and lucked out when Nine Tail's went on to rampage. Itachi cautions to be calm and suggests to hit that thing right in the middle all at once using the most powerful long distance ninjutsu they can muster.
Itachi produces Usaka Beads, while Killer Bee focuses on the biggest TailedBeast Bomb he has ever done. Naruto works his tail to muster a huge Wind Style, Rasengan Shuriken. Huge explosion followed and when dust had settled, Nagato appeared to check out results of his work. Then suddenly Nagato realized that Totsuka Blade of Susano'o went right through his heart. Remembering the last time he had seen this blade running through Orochimaru long time ago, Nagato knew that soon his body will be sealed away into the world of eternal genjutsu. His last words belonged to Naruto. "I will return to our master's side and watch your story unfold." Nagato then described a trilogy, where Jiraiya was the perfect first volume. Nagato, the failure, was the second volume. Nagato felt he was never acknowledged by Jiraiya. Third and last volume will belong to Naruto. Nagato asks Naruto to make it count.
At this moment Jiraiya appeared in the holy spirit and Naruto now having a black crow sitting on his shoulder gave Nagato two thumbs up and farewell. Seconds later Nagato was sealed away.
Kabuto could not believe his eyes. He was really counting on summoned Rinnegan to give Nagato the field of vision he needed, but Itachi took care of that with his Shuriken jutsu and bunch of kunai. Licking his lips like a snake, Kabuto resolved to bring his special reserve.
Itachi swore to put a stop to reanimation jutsu. Madara will be left to Naruto and Killer Bee. Naruto opposed this as he wanted to put a stop to it all, but when he signed Shadow jutsu, he and his clone lost the Nine Tails chakra mode. Suddenly he looked much less powerful. Overusing the chakra made him tired. Itachi questioned whether Naruto was still tuned to what's truly important. "No matter how powerful you become Naruto, don't try to do everything yourself, or you'll become Madara." Itachi pushed. "Like your father and mother, you need comrades at your side. Becoming a Hokage doesn't mean people will acknowledge you, but when you're acknowledged you can become a Hokage. Never forget your friends!"
Bee promised once to Iruka sensei that he would protect Naruto. "There is no reason to shoulder that burden alone", Naruto remembers Iruka's words as well as all of his good friends he swore to protect.
Shisui, the black crow, will not be able to work to save anyone from Kabuto's reanimation jutsu for a long time to come, so Naruto will not be able to use it to save Sasuke, but as Itachi put it, "You posses something far greater than Shisui's eye." You will go after Sasuke, because when I tried to do everything myself I had failed. This time I will leave it to my comrades. Killer Bee, take care of Naruto!"
